CODE OF CONDUCT ON THE PREMISES OF THE “DOI HAIDUCI” COMPLEX


GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. Guests are required to present their personal identification documents to the administrator for accommodation on the premises.
1.2. Full payment for services must be made before or immediately after check-in.
1.3. Extending the stay beyond the paid period is only possible with the Administration’s consent and if the cabins are not reserved by other clients.

Check-in: 13:00
Check-out: 12:00

1.4. The Administration reserves the right to refuse services or evict clients from the complex in case of violations of public order, stay rules, or conduct regulations, without refund.


CLIENT RIGHTS

2.1. To enjoy the complex during the paid period.
2.2. To walk around the complex and its surroundings.
2.3. To ask the administrator for assistance (ambulance, first aid, conflict resolution, or other issues).
2.4. To play background music at a reasonable volume that does not disturb other guests.
2.5. To use services such as sauna, pool, horseback riding, minibar, etc., for an additional fee.
2.6. To use on-site parking free of charge.


CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

3.1. Observe quiet hours in cabins and on the premises from 22:00 – 09:00.
3.2. Behave appropriately toward staff and other guests.
3.3. Follow fire safety, sanitation, and forest safety rules.
3.4. Supervise minor children and ensure their proper behavior.
3.5. Take care of personal belongings.
3.6. Compensate for any damages caused to the complex or other clients.
3.7. Notify the administrator of any violations on the premises.
3.8. Park vehicles only in designated areas.
3.9. Avoid excessive alcohol consumption.
3.10. Upon leaving the cabin, lock the door, turn off lights, and unplug electrical devices.
3.11. Vacate the rented space on time for cleaning and for subsequent guests.


CLIENT PROHIBITIONS

4.1. Lighting fires outside designated areas.
4.2. Smoking inside cabins or other indoor areas.
4.3. Using firearms or pneumatic weapons on the premises.
4.4. Driving vehicles within the complex.
4.5. Moving architectural elements (tables, chairs, etc.) at will.
4.6. Removing furniture or equipment from cabins or sauna (furniture, towels, dishes, etc.).
4.7. Disposing of waste outside designated areas.
4.8. Disturbing other guests’ peace and rest.
4.9. Cutting or breaking trees and shrubs.
4.10. Using live music.
4.11. Using karaoke.
4.12. Playing music at high volumes.


NOTE

The Administration is not responsible for lost luggage or personal belongings, medical expenses from accidents, theft of personal property at the accommodation, illegal actions by other guests or third parties, or injuries caused by the client’s own actions.

Any questions not covered in these Temporary Stay Rules should be discussed with the administrator.
Before check-in, clients must familiarize themselves with the rules of conduct and inform their guests.
